EN 13165 : 2012+A2 : Thermal insulation products for buildings - Factory made rigid polyurethane foam (PU) products - Specification.

This document specifies the requirements for factory-made polyurethane rigid foam (PU) products, including PIR and PUR products, with or without facings or coatings, intended for the thermal insulation of buildings. It also covers multilayer PU insulation products described in Annex D. These products may be used in thermal insulation systems and in prefabricated composite insulation products; however, the performance of such systems and products is not addressed in this document. This document describes product characteristics and includes procedures for testing, conformity assessment, marking, and labelling. It does not specify the required performance levels to be achieved for a particular application. This document does not cover products with a declared thermal resistance lower than 0.25 m²·K/W or a declared thermal conductivity greater than 0.060 W/(m·K) at 10 °C. It also excludes in-situ insulation products and insulation products covered by EN 14308.
