Lots of information and studies are available for the tertiary sector but there are few information and experiments about dwellings. The ECLOS project presents a relighting experience of 8 dwellings combining 8 occupancy profiles. One year monitoring (2008-2009) provided detailed information so that the energy consumption could be studied. Economical analyses were done in order to identify the best applicable solutions considering different technologies and different material types.
